This chick happens to be one of my good friends. Not only is she a virtual saint (she has a resume that can back that statement up!) but she is also quirky, and tragically endearing, and does not like condiments or tomatoes (among other things). She came up for the weekend not just for a visit but to walk in my tiny team for breast cancer awareness. I took this visit as an opportunity to photograph the many wonderful places Tacoma has to offer.
