Brooke & Tommy

I've known Brooke since middle school. My husband has known Brooke since elementary school! We met Tommy, her funny, handsome, fiance when my husband & I moved up to Tacoma, where Brooke was living at the time. She was a wonderful resource for us in this new town. Brooke & Tommy make a wonderful, beautiful couple. I love seeing them tease each other, and laugh at each other! Please enjoy the engagement photos of this fun couple!

Nearing Family

This was my very last shoot of 2012. 2012 was a FANTASTIC year for me, work wise. This was the year I got to spread my wings and do what I reallllly loved, and felt more confident in myself, and felt absolutely touched by the amount of support and praise I have received from friends and strangers alike. This joyful family was the most perfect way to round out this fantastic year. I tried to pick my most favorites, but had a really hard time and I tried to only keep the preview to 10 photos! Thank you Nearing family for choosing me, and a special thank you to the kids who suffered through the freezing weather!

Devin & Donovan

Do you remember this duo from last year? Look how much Donovan has grown! More handsome and more adorable than ever.

Christmas Buddies.

Ah, we meet again Mr. Devin & Mr. Dale. This time, these men came up with a great idea of a Christmas buddy shoot. Not only did I think this was brilliant and hilarious, but this was so right up my alley! If this doesn't get you in the festive spirit, then I don't know what will!

P Fam Holiday Shoot.

This time we met up for a holiday inspired shoot, and so I

could see how much Baby A had grown!!!

For the love of DOG.

Do you recognize that beautiful girl from the last blog post? Charity happens to be one of the two ex-co-worker's that I mentioned! I adore her. I also adore a good pet photography session, if you don't know me personally, than you might not know that I am slightly obsessed with my pets. My husband and I are both HUGE animal lovers! So when people approach me (sheepishly sometimes) to do a pet session, I am not only ALL OVER IT, but they quickly realize there is nothing to be sheepish about. There's a reason why people cry harder when a dog dies in a movie, than a person. Unconditional LOVE. This beautiful, sweet girl, BECCA (photographed below) is no exception. I wanted to puppy-nap her by the end of the shoot, and I know my husband would've been perfectly okay loving this creature! But fortunately, she is already so loved and blessed and probably wouldn't want us to puppy-nap her. ;) Enjoy. I certainly did!

Landon happens to work on a tug boat for his profession,

so it was totally fitting that one pass by during their shoot!

Look at sweet Becca's face. Charity said "She is not food oriented

(when I tried to bribe Becca with dog treats), she is affection oriented."

A beautiful baby shower.

What an absolutely adorable shower this was! The venue was a little out of the ordinary, but very original and also very perfect. I absolutely loved it, and everything was set up so beautifully. Past life secret: I used to work with 2 of the pretty ladies photographed below. ;)
